Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

We will always do our best to help. If you’d like to amend or cancel your order, please email us at admin@oiaboutique.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Once your order has been packed and prepared for dispatch, we may not be able to make changes — but if you’re unsure, just reach out and we will check for you.

Can you exchange items?

Yes — we’re happy to offer exchanges on unused items, as long as they are returned within the return period outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

If you’d like to arrange an exchange, simply email us at admin@oiaboutique.com and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

How do I know the status of my order?

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know we’ve received it. When your order is ready to ship, we will send you a dispatch email with tracking details.

As a small team, we aim to pack orders within 2-4 business days, and we truly appreciate your patience and support while we prepare your pieces with care.

I am missing an item from my order. Can you help?

Of course — we are here to help. If an item is missing, please email admin@oiaboutique.com as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the parcel you received (including the packaging and shipping label where possible)

We will quickly investigate with our team and resolve the issue for you as smoothly as possible.

How can I choose the right size for me?

You can find our Size Guide on each product page, complete with a conversion chart covering all major international sizing systems.

If you are still unsure, feel free to get in touch — we are always happy to help you find the perfect fit.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes — we want you to feel confident wearing Oia. We work closely with trusted manufacturers and stand behind the quality of our pieces.

All Oia jewellery comes with a 60-day warranty from the date of purchase, covering any issues related to material or workmanship caused by production, packaging or shipping.

If something does not feel right, just get in touch and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Lost items
  • Scratches or damage from normal wear and tear
  • Improper use or storage
  • Alterations made by third parties outside of Oia

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide, so wherever you are, Oia can find its way to you ✨

How long does an order take to arrive?

  • UK orders typically arrive within 4–7 working days.
  • International orders usually arrive within 2–4 weeks, depending on your location.

Please note that international orders may need to clear customs in your country, which can occasionally cause delays. Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times are handled by the carrier and may be affected by factors outside our control.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive tracking details so you can follow its journey.

How are customs, duties & taxes handled for international orders?

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes once they arrive in your country. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order, as we are unable to cover or reimburse these fees — even on orders with free shipping.

How do I return my items?

As a small business, every order truly means the world to us, and your satisfaction is incredibly important.

If you need to return or exchange an item, we offer a 14-day return & exchange window from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and returned in their original condition
  • We are unable to accept returns on items that are damaged, stained, or corroded by makeup or perfume
  • Earrings are non-refundable for hygiene reasons

To begin a return or exchange, please email admin@oiaboutique.com and we will create your the return/exchange request along with postage instructions.

We recommend securely packaging your items and obtaining proof of postage for your records. Once your return reaches us, please allow 5–10 working days for processing.
